Una de las noticias que más está dando que hablar últimamente, sobre todo para los jóvenes, es acerca del bono alquiler que se ha estudiado. Es algo que se cree necesario y a continuación vamos a explicar por qué. De hecho, este artículo va a estar dividido en unas preguntas básicas para que sea de mejor entendimiento; claro y conciso.
¿Qué?
El presidente del Gobierno, Pedro Sánchez, ha creado un bono de 250 euros para que los jóvenes puedan independizarse, el cual estará incluido en la futura Ley de Vivienda, dentro del paquete de medidas sociales para la recuperación económica en el país. Esta prestación será recibida por los mismos durante dos años y deberá ir destinada al alquiler de la vivienda. En el caso de los hogares vulnerables, se podrá contar con un añadido de hasta el 40% del valor del alquiler.
Si estás recibiendo o necesitas otras ayudas, no te preocupes. Este bono de 3.000 euros en cómputo anual, se podrá complementar junto a otras ayudas directas que ya existen para el alquiler del inmueble.

¿Por qué?
¿Por qué no se ha hecho esto antes y sí se hace ahora? No tenemos muy claro por qué no se ha aplicado una ayuda de esta medida previamente, pero sí sabemos el motivo en el que se han basado actualmente para llevarlo a cabo.
España tiene buen clima, buen ambiente, buena gastronomía, etc. Pero, obviamente, no todo es bueno. Las últimas crisis están arrastrando a los jóvenes que actualmente quieren buscarse una vida independiente y no pueden. A nadie le gustan las comparaciones, pero inevitablemente España se ha comparado con el resto de Europa frente a esta situación. La media europea en la que un jóven “vuela del nido” está en los 26 años… mientras que en España esta media se sitúa en los casi treinta, concretamente los 29,5 años. Esta gran diferencia ha hecho que se replanteasen cosas y recursos como el de este bono.
La situación a la que se ha acogido el Gobierno es que cientos de miles jóvenes reciben un salario medio que no llega a alcanzar los 1.000 euros, lo que supone una situación que imposibilita su independencia económica.
El Consejo de la Juventud ha comparado cifras de precios de alquileres de varias comunidades autónomas y este ha sido el resultado. Por un lado, en Cataluña y las Baleares, de media, un joven menor de 30 años no podría alquilar una vivienda en solitario, ni siquiera destinando todos sus medios. En Madrid y Canarias, las rentas quedarían seriamente perjudicadas. Por otro lado, en las zonas donde las viviendas son más asequibles, los ingresos necesarios para un arrendamiento doblan casi al máximo tolerable.
¿Para qué?
Por esta situación, el objetivo declarado por Pedro Sánchez que pretende con estas medidas es “reducir la edad de emancipación tan insoportablemente alta en nuestro país para que los jóvenes puedan acceder a una vivienda en alquiler digna con el apoyo y ayuda de la Administración General del Estado”.
¿Cuándo?
El pasado martes 26 de octubre se aprobó la Ley Estatal de Vivienda en la que se permite a las autonomías y ayuntamientos limitar los precios del alquiler o gravar los inmuebles vacíos. Una vez se apruebe el PGE, entrará en vigor el día 1 de enero de 2022 el bono joven.
¿Quién recibirá la ayuda?
Esta es una de las preguntas más formuladas y que más intriga conlleva… ¿Podrás optar a esta ayuda? No todo el mundo podrá aplicar a ella, existen una serie de requisitos que hay que cumplir para acceder a las subvenciones. La ministra de Transportes, Movilidad y Agenda Urbana, Raquel Sánchez, avanzó que la ayuda está dirigida a los jóvenes ya emancipados o que buscan salir de su hogar familiar por primera vez.
Esta ayuda de 250 euros mensuales estará disponible a aquellas personas que:
- Tengan entre 18 y 35 años
- Tengan contrato de trabajo en vigor
- Tengan una renta anual inferior a 23.725 euros
Para simplificar los números de alguna manera y teniendo en cuenta las formas de cobro más comunes entre los jóvenes, esta cifra anual se puede traducir en:
- Salario distribuido en 12 pagas anuales: 1.979 euros mensuales.
- Salario distribuido en 14 pagas anuales: 16.696 euros mensuales.
Otra famosa pregunta: ¿El bono es por vivienda o por persona? La ayuda concedida es por persona, por lo que en una misma vivienda puede haber más de una persona recibiendo este bono.
No obstante, no todo está definido hasta el momento. Todavía quedan por conocerse varios detalles del mecanismo, como si las tipologías de los contratos influirán en la solicitud de la subvención, o si las cuantías de las ayudas serán similares en mercados de alquiler con precios muy diferentes entre sí.
